Missouri River Boat Club
The Missouri River Boat Club (MRBC) was founded in 1955 by a group of boat owners who wanted a convenient place to put their boats during the summer months, without having to take them to the public ramp and found the perfect spot on the Big Sioux. MRBC is located in the Riverside Park area. The MRBC started out with only a few members but has snowballed into 200+ members.

The MRBC is a non-profit organization, which was founded on volunteerism. We strictly rely on those volunteers to do a majority of the duties….putting the docks in, taking the docks out, fundraising, event planning, pre-event preparation, post-event clean up, and a variety of other duties too numerous to mention.
The MRBC Board of Directors consists of 15 persons who make up the Officers and Board of Directors. These positions are also elected each year.

The club has grown so much over the last 53 years. We went from a shack to a clubhouse big enough to hold receptions and parties (come rain or shine). We have a new restrooms and a playground for the kids. It’s a very nice place to visit and to enjoy.
